These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the ok95 platform. By registering an account on ok95, accessing the platform, or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this platform.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.2 Password and Security

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify ok95 support immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

In the interest of security and fraud prevention, ok95 may require you to complete an identity verification process at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other valid document may be requested. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawal suspension or account restriction.

3.4 Account Closure and Suspension

In the event of a breach of these Terms, ok95 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account. In the event of account closure, the procedure for returning any valid balance will be determined through the support team.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

ok95 supports the most widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The following guidelines apply to transactions:

1. Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes.
2. Transactions from payment accounts registered in a third party's name are not accepted.
3. Active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal request can be processed.
4. For bank transfers, major commercial banks are supported, including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.
5. ok95 reserves the right not to process any unusual transaction request without verification.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Benefits

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ok95's welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,200. Depositing ৳10,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

1. A promotional bonus may not be claimed more than once.
2. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; winnings become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
3. ok95 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
4. Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or from the same device will be treated as fraud and may result in account cancellation.
5. VIP Bronze members receive up to 0.4% cashback per week, Silver members up to 0.8%, and Gold members up to 1.2%.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

ok95 is a platform operating under a fair play policy. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

1. Use of bots or automation software: The use of automated tools in gaming or betting is strictly prohibited.
2. Bonus abuse: No strategy may be used to circumvent bonus terms.
3. Money laundering: The platform may not be used to process illicit funds.
4. Collusion: Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other players is prohibited.
5. Hacking or system manipulation: Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform's software, servers, or network.
6. False identity: Operating an account using another person's identity.

3. ok95 will not be held liable for service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, government directives, or pandemics.
4. Losses arising from a user's own negligence or breach of these Terms are outside the scope of ok95's liability.

11. Changes to Terms

ok95 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Registered users will be notified of significant changes by email or through the platform.
